The Reebok Classic with Liverpool branding was released several years ago as part of the
sponsorship deal with Reebok. The 4 gold stars represent Liverpool Football Clubs 4 European Cup
wins at the time of production. Now that Liverpool have switched kit design back to adidas,
this is somewhat of a collectors item.

adidas released a Liverpool Samba shoe in 2007, the shoe was based on the lesser known
millenium version of the famous Samba and was released under the Performance adidas branding
instead of the trefoil (Originals Brand). The years of the clubs European Champions League
triumphs are printed inside the shoe, the 5 gold stars are also present.

Other items pictured include: Kenny Dalglish, Phil Thompson, Alan Kennedy and Roy Evans
signed books, adidas Liverpool (Trimm Trab) 100 pairs made to celebrate the opening of the
adidas store in Liverpool in 2007. Signed football from around 1984 (Alan Hansen, Mark Lawrenson,
Ian Rush, Craig Johnston,Joe Fagan, Bruce Grobbelaar, John Wark, Phil Neal, Ronnie Whelan,
Sammy Lee, Kenny Dalglish, Jan Molby amongst others. adidas Liverpool boots,
Puma Dalglish boots, various books, shirts and a rare Bob Paisley signed retirement letter from 1983.

I went to my first Liverpool game around 1976, just a little kid standing in the Kop with a friend of the family.
I went to several more games over the next few years, the highlight being the 78 European Cup Final against Bruges,
I can still see Kenny jumping over the advertising boards and running towards us with his arms raised,
a smile as wide as the Mersey. (I still have many ticket stubs from the late 70's into the 80's)

Between 82-86 I attended all the home games, cup, league etc, also a few away (Manchester United, Stoke,
Arsenal, Birmingham City, Leicester, Luton Town and a few others). I started off in the Kop but moved to the
Kemlyn Road Stand after a year or so, the ability to sit down, have your Eccles cake, Oxo and not ruin your
new trainers was definitely a plus. I could go the game with around 8 pounds, this would get me there and back
on the bus, into the Kemlyn Road Stand, food, programme and a sausage dinner from George's Chippy
after the game. I'd usually get to the ground around 1.15 PM (Saturday kick off @ 3.PM), straight in, find
my wooden seat, read the programme, watch the boys warm up and then anticipate the kick off.
The team used to come out and kick balls into the crowd just before kick off, I nearly got one a few times....
I was fortunate to witness some outstanding displays of football and footballing legends,
Ray Clemence, Kevin Keegan, Steve Heighway, Graeme Souness, Ian Rush, Tommy Smith,
Joey Jones, Emlyn Hughes and many other greats from this era. We were a class apart.
Seeing Mark Lawrenson running down the touchline, an outstretched right leg sliding tackle,
Alan Hansen walking through midfield time and time again, Rush sprinting and scoring,
Dalglish turning, Souness and his thundering tackles......It was a privilege. Beating Everton in the Wembley Cup Final
in 86 was another highlight, Ian Rush at his most prolific.

I often saw Bob Paisley walking alone down Derby Lane in Liverpool to the Bookmakers; Cap and Mac, there he went, unassuming in his domination of domestic and continental football.  YNWA
